Up In The Air

December 22, 2009

“Great script, Great cast and a moving story about life, love and work. This movie is now and talks about the hardships and happiness of life and the ways in which we deal with it.”

Final Thoughts: This film was refreshing in the sense that it didn’t have the glitz and frills that most films need to succeed.  It was witty and funny without doing to much. You do get emotionally attached to the characters which is sometimes difficult to do and the story although straight forward does have its own surprises too.  If you like planes, unconventional love stories and  a film that is likely to win a lot of awards this award season, this is it.

My grade: 96 (Watch It)

Rotten Tomatoes: 90 (Fresh)

MetaCritic: 83 (Universal Acclaim)

US Gross: 8.2 million (Updated: December 22)
