Erykah Badu – Window Seat

March 29, 2010

“If Lady Gaga has been known for controversial music videos, this one is a step up in a more political direction.  It’s a simple video as she walks the street stripping down to nothing.  But there is a lot of symbolism like its reference to the John F. Kennedy assassination, window seat as well as the “Group Think” speculations about the assassination.  Definitely something to think about and check out.”

Lady Gaga feat. Beyonce – Telephone

March 11, 2010

“This video is amazing.  Great product placement, funky and crazy outfits, Paparazzi-like cinematography and Jonas Akerlund does it again.  I have never seen a music video or rather, short music film in my life.  Its crazy, its a conversation starter, and it’s ultimately Gaga.  Beyonce also played her part very well and I have never seen her like this before.  The video may get banned in some places or heavily censored but it was definitely worth the wait and is one of the most creative and unique videos I have ever seen!! As Gaga says, this is what a pop music video should be.”
